KafaCraft Coffee is a specialty coffee brand dedicated exclusively to 100% Ethiopian coffee, sourced directly from Ethiopia—the birthplace of coffee. Our goal is to introduce customers to authentic Ethiopian flavors while supporting farmers and preserving traditional coffee culture.
Coffee’s story begins in Kafa, a lush highland region of southwestern Ethiopia that is widely recognized as the birthplace of Coffea arabica. For centuries, wild Arabica coffee has grown naturally in Kafa’s forests, where coffee has been woven into the region’s culture, hospitality, and daily life. From these origins, coffee spread across the world, becoming one of the world’s most cherished beverages.
We chose the name KafaCraft to honor this remarkable heritage. “Kafa” represents the birthplace of coffee and its rich Ethiopian roots, while “Craft” reflects our commitment to the art of sourcing, roasting, and preparing exceptional coffee with skill, care, and passion.
